New Wheels

There's been a new addition to our house - a 2007 Toyota Corolla. Yup - Steve's Civic finally died. Long story short, he brought it in for an oil change - and after a full engine check, it was determined the head gasket was shot. Sure - it could be fixed - to the tune of about $1000. So before the car was totally terminal, Steve traded it in for the Corolla. It wasn't exactly the timing we had anticipated, but we really do need 2 cars - and with Steve's travel schedule for work, there's no realistic way to get around it. Hopefully this will be the end of the major purchases for a while!
